Admission Procedure

1. Read and understand the instructions and application form carefully..
2. Understand the admission requirements of each program.
3. Download the application forms from the Download section of the website.
4. Fill up the application form with the correct information.
5. Attach self-attested copies of certificates, transcripts/mark sheets in order along with the application form.
6. Arrange copies of the certificates in order - a copy of 10th/S.S.L.C certificates and mark sheets, a copy of PDC/+2 certificates and Mark sheets, Copy of Higher Degree certificates and mark sheets.
7. Original certificates should be produced at the time of Interview and registration.
8. Send the application forms and other required supportive documents by postal service as speed post or registered letter to MIBC office.
9. MIBC office will send a notification letter to the applicant to appear for the Entrance Exam and Personal Interview after verifying application forms and other supportive documents. Follow the instructions given by the office.
10. Reference letters must be filled and sent to the MIBC office directly either by email as scanned copies or by speed post or registered post by the Referee as mentioned below.
11. Church Reference Forms (2CRF-Page No.10) should be filled, signed, and sent by Church Pastor/Priest/Vicar.
12. Academic Reference Forms (3ARF-Page No.11) should be filled, signed, and by a former teacher. Financial Sponsorship Commitment Form (4FSF- Page No. 12) should be filled, signed, and send by the Sponsor.
13. Medical Form (5MF- Page No. 13) should be filled and signed by a registered M.B.B.S doctor should be submitted before or upon the arrival of the student to the campus.
14. Personal testimony must be written on the prescribed form (6PT- Page No. 14-16) based upon the questions related to your background, significant events in life, the personal experience of Christ, and your involvement in your Church. Also, Write the reason to study the Word of God.
15. An incomplete application will not be considered..
16. Attach two passport sizes and one stamp size recent photograph.
17. All the registered students are required to do a medical check-up at the local hospital and to pay for the expenses involved in it.

The Application forms can be downloaded from this Downloads link. Candidates should submit the duly filled up application form along with the supportive documents prescribed below:-

Supportive Documents

1. Attach Self-attested copies of all academic records such as certificates and Mark statements along with the application form.
2. Do not send any original certificates along with your application for admission. All the originals are to be produced at the time of registration.
3. Attach self-attested copies of Identity proof such as Aadhar Card, Electoral Photo Identity Card or Driving License, etc.
4. Self-attested copy of Baptism and church membership certificate on Church Letterhead.
5. Consent letter from the guardians/parents if an applicant is below 21 years of age.
6. Reference/Recommendation letters:1. Church Reference -2CRF Page No.10 , 2. Academic Reference -3ARF Page No.11
7. Financial Sponsorship Commitment form -4FSF Page No.12.
8. Medical certificate from a recognized M.B.B.S doctor in the prescribed medical form- 5MF Page No 13.
9. Personal Testimony was written according to the sample format -6PT, Page No.14-16, if needed you may use a separate sheet of paper.
10. Evidence (bank transfer receipt) of application fee (non-refundable).



Entrance Exam:

The Entrance Exam's scheduled date will be informed the applicant to write an entrance exam consist of Bible Knowledge, General knowledge, and English language knowledge. After the entrance exam, MIBC will notify the students who have passed the entrance exam to appear for an interview.



Interview:

Candidates who have passed the entrance exam will be called to appear for an interview at the college. Candidates who have passed in the interview can be given admission on the decision made by the admission committee and a confirmation letter will be sent to the candidate.



Residential Regular Programs Admission Requirements




Master of Divinity (M.Div) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have a minimum of 21 years of age.
3. The applicant should have completed BTh with a 'B' grade/ Any University Degree.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass the entrance exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.

Bachelor of Theology (B.Th) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have a minimum of 18 years of age.
3. The applicant should have passed Pre Degree/+2 or its equivalent.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass the entrance exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine

Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have a minimum of 17 years of age.
3. The applicant should have passed S.S.L.C /10th or its equivalent.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass the entrance exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.

Certificate in Theology (C.Th) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have minimum 17 years of age.
3. The applicant should have high school education/ ability to read and write.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass in the entrance Exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.





B.Th (Malayalam Medium) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have minimum 18 years of age.
3. The applicant should have completed Pre Degree/+2 or its equivalent.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass the entrance exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.
7. Mature candidate applicant should be 25 years.
8. Mature candidate applicant should have passed S.S. L.C or its equivalent.
9. Mature candidate applicant should have at least 2 years of ministry. experience

Dip.Th (Malayalam Medium) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have minimum 17 years of age.
3. The applicant should have completed S.S.L.C /10th or its equivalent.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass in the entrance Exam and an interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.

C.Th (Malayalam Medium) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have minimum 17 years of age.
3. The applicant should have passed 10th/SSLC.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass e entrance exam and interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.





Non-Residential Programs Admission Requirements

Certificate in Theology (C.Th - offered in English/Malayalam Medium) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.

Certificate in Christian Ministry (C.C.M - offered in English/Malayalam Medium) Admission Requirements




1. The applicant should be born again believer.
2. The applicant should have minimum 17 years of age.
3. The applicant should have high school education/ ability to read and write.
4. The applicant should have a clear call to the ministry.
5. The applicant should pass the interview.
6. All the certificates submitted for the admission should be genuine.





Financial Information





To meet the expenses, students are required to bear the expenses for the services offered by this college. Students are required to find their sponsors who can help to cover the expenses for their studies. Sponsors can be people, your local church, and any mission organizations.

Partial Scholarships:




Mission India Bible College provides limited partial scholarship schemes for deserving candidates based on their cases.


If any deserving student need scholarship should submit a written application explaining their situation.

Contact the office to know more about the scholarship schemes. According to the availability of the fund, we would like to assist the needy students by providing the partial scholarships to complete their studies.
